This purpose-built R&D facility forms an extension to the original Colworth House, centrally positioned within the Park.
There is a choice of laboratory and office accommodation over ground and first floors, together with chill stores and safety cabinets. The accommodation is available on an all-inclusive package. This is inclusive of the following;

- Central gatehouse and reception services
