This multi-purpose building is located in the centre of the Science Park and offers a wide range of office, storage and ancillary space. The accommodation can be adapted to provide bespoke space for your business.

The accommodation is available on a flexible all-inclusive lease package.

Each building is available on a 2 year Tenancy Agreement but with flexible terms allowing a break option at anytime after 6 months to allow certainty for business planning.

The all-inclusive rent is fixed for 2 years, payable monthly in advance and inclusive of the following services:

• Rental of the premises
• Business Rates
• Supply of electricity and water
• Buildings Insurance
• Supply and maintenance of the heating and cooling system
• Daily cleaning of the premises
• 24 hour Park security
• Maintenance in working order and safe condition of fume cupboards
• Statutory maintenance activities, including, Pressure systems maintenance, lifting gear certification, fire alarm servicing, emergency light testing, electrical testing and water quality monitoring
• Waste management provision for foul sewage and other normal business waste
• Postal deliveries and collection
• Access to central catering services
• Maintenance of grounds and landscaping
• Central gatehouse and reception services
• Provision of directory boards and signage

In addition, there is access to a comprehensive range of business and scientific support services to help you make the most of your tenure and your work aspirations.

There is a choice of meeting room/conferencing space providing accommodation from 2 to 20 people.
