Innovation Centre
It is planned that the Innovation Centre will provide accommodation for start-ups on site and is planned to provide: lab, write-up and office space, shared equipment/facilities, cafe and seminar/meeting rooms.
This amenity will therefore aid interaction and knowledge share between and within science and business communities.
