Insense has developed and clinically trialled "Oxyzyme" - a two layered hydrogel dressing that oxygenates the wound and delivers controlled antimicrobial power. At the same time, the wound is cleaned up through enhanced autolytic debridement, whilst moisture is controlled by means of the hydrogel's asmotic effect.
