Colworth Science Park Charity Committee support Raunds Lower School re-decoration
This summer one of our charity committee members asked for the help of the Colworth Science park charity committee to help re-decorate the interior of Raunds Park Infant School, a local school with more than 100 pupils.
The school has been open since 1914 therefore was run down and in need of some attention.
Chris Wright who is a governor of the school stated due to the age of the building it was in desperate need of some redecoration.
CSPCC kindly agreed to support the school by funding the materials to carry out the work.
Together with the help of school governors, parents and children the Infant school was given a much needed makeover by painting the foundation and reception area of the school over the summer holiday. Further to that the School hall was also decorated during the October half term, making a real difference.
Thank you to those who gave their time to help with this very justified cause.
