Introduction to 3 simple fool proof planning concepts -- a detailed look at the three main pillars of planning activity and how they can be easily addressed in 'X' easy steps.
Planning 'got-to-haves' - what extra elements are necessary to ensure that planning is successful and that it links explicitly with implementation.
Planning in Action activity - group exercise in developing a simple plan that can be communicated and monitored.
