Colworth Science Park centres on Vitality

Colworth Science Park, the leading UK hub for the health and wellness industry, has opened the doors to its state-of-the-art fitness centre to all the occupiers based on the park.

For the first time, facilities at the Vitality Centre, which include a fully equipped gymnasium, therapy room and full shower and changing room facilities, will be accessible to all the companies and organisations based on the park.  Budding fitness enthusiasts can also benefit from health assessment programming and personal training.

Dr Sally Ann Forsyth, Director of Goodman Science Parks, said:  “We’re delighted to open the Vitality Centre to the public. In keeping with the park’s reputation as a hub for the health and well-being industry, the centre offers excellent facilities geared towards helping people attain a healthier lifestyle.”

Last month Science Minister David Willetts officially opened the park’s new science and enterprise hub, The Exchange.  This facility provides a new innovation centre which is complemented by dining, conference and meeting room accommodation which is open for local businesses.
