A new modern café/restaurant has been incorporated into the design of The Exchange and will replace the existing amenity to better serve the on-site community. Café Connect will offer comfortable surroundings and a perfect place to relax and entertain. Our retained caterers Baxter Storey, prides itself on having a fresh food focus, creating delicious meals from seasonal ingredients and training and developing its chefs.

Café Connect is open from 08.00 – 16.30hrs Monday to Friday offering breakfast, a daily lunch menu, grab and go selection, salad bar, made to order sandwiches, baguettes and paninis, cakes and pastries and a beverage bar.

Café Connect will also be providing the catering services to our meetings and conference facilities within The Exchange. From working lunches to buffets, canapé receptions to formal dinners, Baxter Storey have created a set of menus that will complement events of any type and size, ensuring you and your guests receive a fantastic experience.

With an emphasis on fresh and healthy menus, the idea central to our food offer is one of nourishment and sustenance; our menus have been created in the knowledge that mood, motivation and mental performance are powerfully influenced by diet.
