The Exchange has been designed with you, the conference organiser in mind. Our conference rooms are comfort cooled and offer the very latest in Audio Visual Technology. Flexibility has been paramount in our planning and all of our rooms can be configured in different room layouts to meet your requirements. At The Exchange, we recognise the importance of offering a quality catering service for all of our clients that complements our facilities. Our retained caterers, Baxter Storey, have developed a range of food and beverage offers that can be ordered for your event. Our conference and meeting rooms are available for hire by the hour, half day or full day to offer flexibility and excellent value.  Fully inclusive hospitality Day Delegate rates are also available for meetings of 20 delegates or more. Please view our Hire Rates for pricing information.
