Not everyone requires a total business solution so we are delighted at The Exchange to offer a range of Virtual Services to meet your business requirements. These programmes are offered on a minimum 6 month contract and can be upgraded at any point.
Mail Handling £65.00 per month
- Use of a professional business address, where your post will be received and sorted. You can then either collect your post, or we will forward it to you. *
Professional Telephone Answering £110.00 per month
- Dedicated telephone number, with personalized answering in your company name, calls transferred to you or messages taken. **
Virtual Service Standard Package £160.00 per month
- Use of a professional business address, with post received sorted and forwarded. *
- Dedicated telephone number with personalized telephone answering in your company name. Calls are transferred or messages taken. **
- Use of The Exchange fax number. Faxes will be received and can either be collected or forwarded. *
Virtual Service Gold Package £200.00 per month
- Use of a professional business address, with post received sorted and forwarded. *
- Dedicated telephone number with personalized telephone answering in your company name. Calls are transferred or messages taken. **
- Use of The Exchange fax number. Faxes will be received and can either be collected or forwarded. *
- 10 hours of meeting room usage per month for up to 4 people. Bookable in advance, subject to availability, through The Exchange office.
