Colworth Science Park is owned, developed and managed under a Joint Venture between Unilever and Goodman. The latest development of the Joint Venture is the opening of a new 54,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art centre, The Exchange. Offering modern, professional Conference and Meeting rooms, an Innovation Centre to provide laboratory and office accommodation for academics and start-up R&D businesses and Grow-on space for medium sized companies, all complimented by a new catering offer, Cafe Connect.
